Who Can Apply
- Indian tourists visiting one or more Schengen countries
- Honeymooners, families and group travellers to Europe
Documents Required
- Passport valid 3+ months beyond return with 2 blank pages
- Completed application form and photographs
- Day-wise itinerary and hotel bookings
- Return flight reservations
- Travel insurance of at least EUR 30,000 cover
- Bank statements (6 months), ITR and salary slips
- Employment letter / business registration / leave approval
- Cover letter explaining the trip
Processing Information
Appointment wait of 1–4 weeks depending on season; decision usually within 15 calendar days of the appointment.
Important Notes
- • Apply through the country of longest stay (or first entry if equal)
- • Biometrics are captured at the VFS/BLS appointment
