These terms govern the use of the D Travel Link website (dtravellink.com) and the travel services we arrange. By submitting an enquiry or booking with us, you accept these terms.

D Travel Link acts as a travel consultant and arranges services through airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. Contracts for those services are between you and the respective suppliers, subject to their terms.

All prices are quoted on request and are dynamic — they depend on travel dates, availability, hotel category, flights and traveller count, and are confirmed only at the time of booking with payment.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date for international travel. Visas, permits and travel documents are the traveller's responsibility; our assistance does not guarantee approval by any embassy or authority.

Cancellations, amendments and refunds follow the policies of the respective airlines, hotels and suppliers, which are shared with your quotation before booking.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by weather, strikes, natural events, government action or supplier failures, though we will always assist you in re-planning.
