Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp) by the lead traveller.

Cancellation charges depend on the airline, hotel and supplier policies applicable to your booking. The exact schedule is shared with your quotation before you confirm — there are no hidden charges.

Air tickets are generally subject to airline cancellation fees and may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on fare class.

Hotel, cruise, houseboat and tour cancellations follow each supplier's seasonal policy; peak-season bookings often carry stricter terms.

Visa fees, embassy charges and visa service fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed after we receive them from the respective suppliers. We keep you informed at every step.
