Day-Wise Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Istanbul
Arrive and transfer to your Sultanahmet hotel. Evening walk through the old city's lantern-lit lanes.

Day 2 — Old Istanbul
Full-day guided tour — Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar's 4,000 shops.

Day 3 — Bosphorus — Fly to Cappadocia
Morning Bosphorus cruise between Europe and Asia, then fly to Cappadocia and check into your cave hotel.

Day 4 — Cappadocia — North
Goreme open-air museum's rock churches, Uchisar castle viewpoint and the fairy chimneys of Pasabag. Optional pre-dawn hot-air balloon flight.

Day 5 — Cappadocia — South
Kaymakli underground city, a hike through Rose Valley and a pottery workshop in Avanos. Optional Turkish night show.

Day 6 — Return to Istanbul
Fly back to Istanbul. Free afternoon for the Spice Bazaar, a hammam experience or Istiklal Street.

Day 7 — Departure
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight home.
