Day-Wise Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Tokyo
Arrive at Narita/Haneda and transfer to your hotel. Evening stroll through Shinjuku's neon canyons.

Day 2 — Tokyo City Tour
Full-day guided tour — Asakusa's Senso-ji temple, Tokyo Skytree views, Shibuya crossing, Meiji Shrine and Harajuku's Takeshita street.

Day 3 — Mt Fuji & Hakone
Day trip to the Fuji Five Lakes region — Mt Fuji's 5th station (weather permitting), Lake Ashi cruise and the Hakone ropeway over Owakudani's volcanic valley.

Day 4 — Bullet Train to Kyoto
Ride the shinkansen to Kyoto. Afternoon at the vermilion gates of Fushimi Inari and a walk through Gion, the geisha district.

Day 5 — Kyoto & Nara
Morning in Arashiyama's bamboo grove and the Golden Pavilion; afternoon among the friendly deer and giant Buddha of Nara.

Day 6 — Osaka
Day in Osaka — Osaka Castle, the Dotonbori food street and time for last-minute shopping at Shinsaibashi.

Day 7 — Departure
Transfer to Kansai or Tokyo airport for your flight home.
