Day-Wise Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrive Paro — to Thimphu
Land at Paro, one of the world's most scenic approaches, and drive to Thimphu. Evening stroll through the craft bazaar and Norzin Lam.

Day 2 — Thimphu Sightseeing
Buddha Dordenma statue, Memorial Chorten, the Folk Heritage Museum and the magnificent Tashichho Dzong.

Day 3 — Thimphu to Punakha via Dochula
Cross Dochula Pass with its 108 chortens and Himalayan panorama, then visit the stunning Punakha Dzong and the long suspension bridge.
- D4
Day 4 — Punakha to Paro
Drive back to Paro via the valley of Wangdue; evening free in Paro town for handicrafts and cafes.

Day 5 — Tiger's Nest Hike
The highlight — hike (or pony part-way) to Taktsang, the Tiger's Nest monastery clinging to a cliff 900m above the valley. Hot stone bath optional in the evening.

Day 6 — Departure
Breakfast and transfer to Paro airport for your flight home.
